Homestay Booking Procedure and Policies

Our staying policy for Himalaya Vista "Home Stay" requires a minimum 5 day stay. The minimum 5 days stay is because it is a 1.5kms uphill trek from Harsil on the main highway, therefor it will not be possible to manage staff going back and forth up and down for a less-than-5-day stay.

Also this is kind of place where there you can enjoy spending more than week, even months.

You can do booking via email, via mail, via phone, and via phone text massages. The latter two options may prove best, as we have in the mountains an unfortunately at times unreliable internet service.

Booking : If rooms are available for your desired dates, a 50% deposit for booking confirmation, and the remaining 50% upon arrival are required.

Cancellation : If the booking is cancelled one week prior, there will be a refund of the full amount.

If the booking is cancelled after one week prior, there will be a 25% cancellation charge.

Methods of Payment : Via bank account transfer for the deposit, The remainder by cash on site UPON ARRIVAL.

Description of the House : Rooms (type, size, etc.), kitchen, bath, veranda, view, etc.
